Sulaymaniyah: Mallorca City Villas to Be Handed Over This Spring

The villas in the first phase of the Mallorca City project are set to be delivered to their new owners this spring. According to Zryan Salah, Director of Media and Marketing for MJ Holding Group of Companies, the various teams working on the Mallorca City development are focused and dedicated to completing the villas, ensuring that the keys will be handed over on schedule.

Zryan Salah emphasized that the villas in Mallorca City are of exceptional quality, offering a superior standard of living. He also stated that the completion of Mallorca City would represent a significant achievement for MJ Holding, following the successful delivery of the Sully View project.

Mallorca City, a contemporary residential development by MJ Holding Group of Companies, is situated next to the (Hawary Shar) park. The project comprises 28 buildings and villas of varying sizes, totaling 5,000 residential units. The first phase of the project is set to welcome its residents this spring. This development reflects the company’s commitment to creating high-quality living spaces, contributing to the expansion and modernization of the region.
