KRG Implements Digital Salary Distribution for 313,000 Employees Through My Account Project

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has begun distributing salaries through a digital system using 550 ATMs as part of the “My Account” initiative. A total of 313,000 salaried employees will receive their pay through this platform, including 228,700 civil servants and 84,600 Peshmergas.

Employees can withdraw their salaries from ATMs set up by seven participating banks, which are located in 200 different areas across the Kurdistan Region. So far, 732,000 beneficiaries have been registered, and 405,000 employees have received their bank cards.
