RT Bank has introduced new measures to support the public sector and salary earners. The bank launched these steps under the “My Account” banking project. This program provides financial services for government employees in the Kurdistan Region.

Additionally, RT Bank announced two important decisions that benefit salary earners. The first decision removes ATM withdrawal fees. Many banks usually charge a small commission when customers withdraw money. RT Bank decided to cancel this fee to help citizens during the current regional situation.

Therefore, the bank also wants to reduce pressure on specific ATMs. Many customers prefer to withdraw money from their own bank’s machines. This habit often creates long queues and heavy demand on salary days.

Moreover, under the new policy, salary earners can withdraw their salaries from any RT Bank ATM. This rule applies to customers who hold accounts in other banks that participate in the “My Account” program. They can withdraw their salaries without paying any commission.

In addition, Sana Karwan, head of the communications department at RT Bank, confirmed the decision. She shared the information in a statement. Karwan explained that the bank introduced these steps to support citizens. She said the bank wants to simplify the salary withdrawal process during the current economic and regional challenges.

RT Bank also introduced another incentive for new customers. Citizens who open a new account at the bank will receive a bank card free of charge. The bank hopes this step will encourage more people to join the banking system.

Officials believe digital banking services can improve financial access in the region. More citizens now rely on banking services to receive their salaries and manage daily expenses.

The Bank continues to expand its financial services for salary earners. The bank offers long-term loan programs designed for employees. These loans help citizens purchase cars and install solar energy systems in their homes.

Through these initiatives, RT Bank aims to improve financial services and support citizens across the Kurdistan Region.
