Darin Group has announced its new residential project, “DC Towers,” in Erbil. The company presents it as a modern architectural and environmental landmark on 120 Meter Street. The project follows international construction standards and focuses on sustainable urban living.

The development covers 47,500 square meters. It consists of 10 towers, each with 21 floors. The project offers 1,680 residential units. Apartment sizes start from 88 square meters and reach up to 191 square meters. Additionally, designers created different layouts to meet family needs and lifestyle preferences.

Green space forms a core feature of the project. Moreover, developers dedicate 60% of the total area to parks, green zones, walking paths, and cycling tracks. This design aims to create a calm living environment away from urban congestion.

Project manager Zana Majid said the buildings can withstand strong earthquakes. Additionally, he noted that the design supports seismic resistance above 8.5 on the Richter scale. He also highlighted a modern water system that recycles water for irrigation. This system reduces external water consumption and supports the project’s green areas.

Sales manager Muhammad Solayi explained the payment system. He said buyers can secure an apartment with a 13% down payment. Installments follow every six months in three stages. The final payment is due after 24 months. After receiving the keys, buyers can continue payments through monthly installments for up to five years.

Darin Group brings 25 years of experience in real estate and construction. Therefore, the company has delivered major projects such as Family Mall, Gulan Mall, and Radisson Blu Hotel. It uses high-strength concrete and advanced fire safety systems in DC Towers to ensure resident safety.

Developers describe DC Towers as more than a housing project. Furthermore, they present it as an investment opportunity for families and investors seeking modern and secure living in central Erbil. In conclusion, the project combines housing, sustainability, and long-term value in one development.
