Erbil Leads Villa Demand in the Kurdistan Region

Erbil holds the highest demand for villas in the Kurdistan Region, followed by Sulaimani and Duhok. Over 12,000 villas have been built in Erbil, while Sulaimani has constructed approximately 4,000 villas. Duhok has seen the development of around 150 villas, Garmian has fewer than 100, Soran has 362 villas, and Raperin has 185 villas.

The demand for villas in Erbil is significantly higher than in all other provinces and autonomous regions, positioning Erbil as the leading hub for villa development in the Kurdistan Region.
