BIP Forum for Investment and Entrepreneurship Returns to Erbil with $275 Million Opportunities

The BIP Forum for Investment and Entrepreneurship will take place in Erbil on Monday, December, 1, 2025. The two-day event will be hosted at the Divani Hotel. The forum aims to connect investors with major companies to explore investment opportunities.

“At this forum, we aim to bring investors to Kurdistan. They can engage directly in investment. The region has strong infrastructure, a safe environment, and transformative potential for business.” Additionally, he added that the forum opens a significant gateway for the region. Investors interested in establishing operations in Kurdistan will find this forum particularly valuable.

Therefore, preparations for the BIP Forum for Investment and Entrepreneurship are complete. Guests from regional countries, the Gulf, Europe, and beyond will arrive via Erbil International Airport. Moreover, the forum will feature panels, meetings, and discussions on investment and entrepreneurship trends.

Therefore, the Kurdistan Regional Government supports the event, and the Entrepreneurship Department organizes it. Over 15 holdings from Kurdistan and Iraq will attend, along with nearly 15 international holdings from 13 countries. Additionally, 50 major international companies will participate.

This year, the BIP Forum for Investment and Entrepreneurship is expected to attract investor attention for projects worth $275 million. The previous forums in the UAE set a strong precedent. The first forum generated $100 million in investments. The second forum drew investor interest totaling $350 million. These events facilitated multiple agreements and partnerships between regional and international companies.
