Zagros Towers, a landmark residential development in Erbil’s Ankawa Square, is approaching its final construction phase. The development team has reaffirmed their commitment to delivering all residential units with premium quality, despite previous delays.
Structural completion has been achieved in Tower C, while Towers A and B are undergoing active progress across multiple phases, including exterior façades, electrical systems, internal partitions, and finishing works. Investors have emphasized that work is now ongoing simultaneously in over ten construction areas within the project.
With three high-rise towers in one of the city’s most desirable locations, Zagros Towers is set to become a significant addition to Erbil’s modern skyline. The project’s leadership has also pledged compensation for earlier delays, reflecting their dedication to both customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
